Tech startup seeking experienced theatre artist to design and facilitate leadership development program using drama-based learning techniques. Sessions will focus on communication, empathy, and team collaboration. Looking for someone with corporate training experience and ability to work with senior executives. Program duration: 6 months, quarterly workshops.
